Mein Arbeitgeber Als modernes Unternehmen entwickelt sich unser Mandant ständig weiter und geht dabei immer wieder neue Wege Sie unterstützen uns bei der kurzfristigen Finanzplanung und behalten die Entwicklung von Einnahmen und Ausgaben stets im Blick damit die Liquidität jederzeit gesichert ist Sie übernehmen eigenständig die Überwachung des Zahlungsprozesses und pflegen das Cash-Checkbook zuverlässig Sie kümmern sich um die Klärung und Schließung der Lieferanten- und Debitorenkonten Die Vorbereitung der Monatsabschlüsse, die Erstellung von Lieferanten- und Debitorensaldenlisten, die Klärung offener Posten und die Übergabe der finalen Daten an das General Ledger (GL) liegt ebenfalls in Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich Sie verantworten Differenzklärungen in den Nebenbüchern (AP/AR) und arbeiten eng mit dem Global Business Services Team zusammen - insbesondere zu Themen wie Zahlungen, AP/AR und Clearingkonten Sie unterstützen bei der Vorbereitung von Steuererklärungen und Taxreports und stellen alle dafür relevanten Unterlagen bereit Sie erstellen eigenständig die monatliche Umsatzsteuervoranmeldung und bereiten die steuerlichen Unterlagen für Prüfungen auf Zusätzlich helfen Sie bei der Dokumentation von Kontenabstimmungen und unterstützt die Pflege der Tools Die Bearbeitung des Mahnwesens für Lieferanten und Kunden inklusive Versand, Empfang von Mahnungen und Saldenbestätigungen sind Bestandteil Ihrer Aufgaben Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung im Finanzbereich, vorzugsweise als Industrie- oder Bürokaufmann mit Vertiefung Buchhaltung Ihr Profil ergänzen Sie idealerweise durch fundierte Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Debitorenkontenklärung, Mahnprozessen, Cash Collection und einem Verständnis von Kreditorenbuchhaltung.
