Dabei stellen Sie die Anforderungen des Kunden in den Fokus und widmen sich u.a. folgenden Aufgaben: Bearbeitung von Service- und Kalibrierungsanfragen vom ersten Kundenkontakt bis zur Fertigstellung, einschließlich der gesamten Dokumentation Erstellen von RMAs, Angeboten, Sendungen und Rechnungen Proaktive Überwachung und Aktualisierung des Status offener RMAs Enger Kontakt zu der Serviceabteilung und dem Logistikzentrum in Darmstadt Eingabe von Kundenaufträgen Proaktive Terminüberwachung der Kundenaufträge und Werksbestellungen Erstellen von Lieferungen und Rechnungen Erstellen von Gutschriften bei Rücksendungen von Kunden Auskunft bei Anfragen zu Rechnungen, Gutschriften und Aufträgen gegenüber Kunden und Lieferanten Nachverfolgung der offenen Reparaturen bei den Herstellern Bearbeitung von Anfragen aus der Buchhaltung Ihr Profil: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Industriekaufmann (m/w/d), Bürokauffrau (m/w/d), Groß- und Außenhandelskaufmann (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung Idealerweise bringen Sie erste Berufserfahrungen als Kaufmännischer Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d), Kaufmännischer Mitarbeiter (m/w/d), Kundenbetreuer (m/w/d) oder Customer Service (m/w/d) mit Mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung in der Sachbearbeitung und Auftragsabwicklung wünschenswert Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Routinierter Umgang mit dem Warenwirtschaftssystem SAP Idealerweise Erfahrung mit CRM Systemen z.B.
