YOUR DAILY WORK: •Preparation of financial business cases on behalf of License Operations and managing its cycle •Vendor cost recovery & revenue review and maintenance, cost reporting •Tracking key data relating to license support agreements, renewals, new purchases •Creation of accurate and detailed invoice data for license charges directly to business partners •Ensure that relevant stakeholders are informed about upcoming renewals and provided with all relevant background information and documents •Support renewals and new license purchases ensuring that all supporting data is provided •Creation of management reports relating to license purchases, renewals & invoicing •Data administration in purchasing system workflow and SAP in connection with purchase orders and invoices •Managing purchase order life cycle including quality assurance up to filing the orders •Supporting processes related to license requests from customers/IT services to our vendors •Ad hoc tasks (calculations, cost analysis,…) YOUR SKILLS: •Detail oriented personality •MS Office, Advanced knowledge of MS Excel •Practical knowledge in creating reports and planning, data analysis •Experience in preparation of formal documentation and follow up on updates •Experience in financial areas and/or procurement •English language – intermediate WE OFFER: •Friendly team •Modern offices in Chodov •Huge number of internal job opportunities within the company •Home office possibilities •Permanent contract •CAFETERIA employee benefit program with wide selection of benefits from Edenred •Extra week of holiday (25 days/year), 6 Self-sickness days/year, Full salary compensation for up to 10 days absence due to illness per calendar year, Lunch vouchers fully covered by company •Multisport card, mobile and laptop, fruit days, sport clubs for employees, Referral program……
